Welcome to the Kind and Tasty Newsletter!

You are officially confirmed and on the Kind and Tasty newsletter list.

Dear friend, thank you for subscribing to my newsletter. It is so good to have you here! I am looking forward to sharing nutritious and delicious recipes with you as well as tipps and tricks on how to make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable.

Recipes on Kind and Tasty Blog mostly follow a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet. This type of eating focuses on minimally processed plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, while avoiding or minimizing animal products, refined foods, and added sugars or oils. It emphasizes nutrient-dense, fiber-rich foods to support overall health and prevent chronic disease. And you don’t even have to eat this way all the time to see the benefits. Every meal or even snack counts!
