For this delicious walnut-banana ice cream, I use only natural ingredients, and no refined sugar or oils. It contains only three ingredients: banana, walnuts and a bit of vanilla powder. There is nothing in there to make you feel bad after eating it. Hopefully you will like and enjoy this delicious and healthy ice cream as much as we do and prepare it often for your family. 100gground walnutsplus some chopped walnuts for decoration

Instructions
Cut five ripe bananas into small pieces and freeze them overnight or at least for 3 hours. Make the pieces as small as posible to make it easier for your food processor later on.
Use already ground walnuts or grind them in a blender.
In a food processor, combine the frozen banana pieces, ground walnuts, and vanilla. Mix everything until you have a smooth mixture.
Serve with small chunks of walnuts on top for decoration.
Tips and Info
You may replace walnuts with hazelnuts or almonds; it is also delicious. Another idea is to sprinkle pieces of chocolate on top.
