Rolled Oats with Blueberries – Quick and Delicious Breakfast

My favourite breakfast for the last five or six years has been mixing rolled oats with flax and chia seeds and fruit – most often blueberries, and soy yoghurt. 🤤😍 The quantity I’ve written here will be enough for one person; for a good, filling breakfast. On days when I’m not very hungry, I reduce the amount of oats and omit or reduce the walnuts, but everything else remains the same.

Instructions
 

  • Grind flax and chia seeds in a coffee grinder or blender and add them to a bowl.
  • Add rolled oats, goji berries, and mix everything.
  • Pour soy yoghurt and mix again.
  • Thaw the blueberries and add them into the bowl. Gently mix.
  • Sprinkle walnuts on top. Enjoy 😍
