Instructions
For soft ice cream:
Put the frozen raspberries, sliced fresh banana, and a bit of vanilla into a food processor.
Blend until the mixture becomes creamy. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spoon.
Use an ice cream scoop to form scoops and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
For firmer ice cream:
Slice the banana into small pieces and freeze them (making sure the pieces don’t touch each other) for at least 2–3 hours, or preferably overnight.
Place the frozen raspberries, frozen banana, and a little vanilla into a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing as needed to scrape down the sides.
Scoop with an ice cream scoop and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
