Ingredients

peeled frozen chestnuts
600
ml
oat drink
(oat milk)

pitted dates

tablespoons
cocoa powder
a dash of vanilla
Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring the chestnuts and oat milk to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the chestnuts soften.
Remove from heat and add dates, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
Use an immersion blender to puree everything until smooth.
Serve warm or cold with fresh raspberries (optional).
