This nutty cashew vegan “parmesan cheese” is perfect to sprinkle over any sauce, pasta, or even bread. I just love its nutty taste. 🙂 It is not exactly an original recipe, I have seen it on many other vegan blogs and adapted it to my taste.

  • Grind all ingredients in a food processor or blender until they resemble bread crumbs. Be careful not to overprocess, as it may turn into a paste-like texture.
