This lovely, vibrant spread that I call "Pink Tahini" is not only nice to look at, but also very tasty and healthy. Tahini is made of sesame seeds which are a true treasure box of nutrients. Add some raspberries that belong to the healthiest fruit group (berries), spread it on a whole grain piece of bread 🍞 and enjoy it as a healthy breakfast.😍
Defrost raspberries in a Microwave or at room temperature.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix everything into a cream with the blender or an immersion blender.
Pour the spread into a glass container.
Keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 - days.

Tips and Info
Instead of raspberries you may also use any other frozen berries, like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or a berry mixture.Instead of Tahini you may use almond butter if you prefer.
