Cocoa-Hazelnut-Strawberry Energy Balls: Healthy and Vegan

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 200 g pitted dates
- 100 g ground hazelnuts or walnuts
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 30 g dried strawberries
- plus a bit dried strawberries for decoration optional
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- a dash of vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except a bit dried strawberries for decoration, in a food processor and blend until a sticky mixture is formed.
- Shape the mixture into small balls. You should get approximately 26-27 balls.
- Optional: Roll the balls in cocoa powder or crushed dried strawberries for coating.
