Tasty and Easy Guacamole recipe

Guacamole in a bowl with tortilla chips on the side

I fell in love with guacamole after my dear Mexican friend made it. Every time someone organised a picnic or gathering, I would look forward to her guacamole the most. Eventually, I asked her for the recipe, which I have probably modified a hundred times since then ;), but regardless, whenever I manage to buy good avocados, tasty guacamole is guaranteed :).

This tasty Guacamole recipe is so easy to make. The most important thing is to find good avocados. They should be ripe but still nice and fresh. When you cut it, it should have a nice green colour and should be soft enough so that you may eat it with a spoon.

Cilantro is offered here as an optional garnish. In fact, according to many recipes, cilantro is one of the essential ingredients. However, since many people strongly dislike its taste (myself included), I decided to play it safe this way.
